25+ Years of Experience
The MyTechTeam brand launched in 2013, but the experience behind it runs much deeper. Founder Shane Machon started LinSec Consulting a decade earlier, in 2003 — so while the business you deal with today was incorporated in 2013, the hands and know-how have been serving Australian clients for 25+ years.

LinSec Consulting founded
Shane Machon establishes LinSec Consulting, providing IT support and services to customers across Sydney, working with small business and technology providers.
- 2006
Hosting Infrastructure Launched
LinSec launches a shared hosting platform under Plesk, hosting website and email services for over 250+ clients
- 2009
A new home in Brookvale
Moves to Lifestyle Working Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Team expands with Simon joining our team as our principal designer.
- 2010
Omedia partnership
Partners with Omedia to deliver custom web development solutions, working to deliver complex system and technology solutions to niche markets including Community Colleges and large marketing teams.
- 2013
Team LinSec incorporated
Team LinSec is incorporated with two brands — MyWebTeam for web development, and MyTechTeam for CTO and infrastructure services. Alanna joins our team as a developer.

MyTechTeam Grows
Leveraging over 20 years of Linux experience, we work with some of the biggest eCommerce retailers in Australia to deliver on their infrastructure needs including Beds Online, Dare Gallery, Booktopia, Overstock outlet and TPP Internet (now TPP Wholesale)

Frogger Designs acquired
Acquires Frogger Designs, a small Sydney boutique web agency. MyWebTeam continues to support Frogger customers to this day.
